Location: Forever Fit is located at 345 Lincoln Avenue, Suite 205 upstairs, on the corner of Lincoln and 4th streets. The entrance to second floor is through the double glass doors on the 4th Street side of the building. There is an elevator on the left side of the first floor entrance.

Parking: Parking for Forever Fit is available on either Lincoln Avenue, Yampa Street, or 4th street. Handicapped Parking is available.
