Erin Monger-Rosso DPT, ATC, CSCS
Physical Therapist, Athletic Trainer, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Erin comes from Stanford University Athletic Department where she worked as a Physical Therapist, Athletic Trainer, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Her diverse background in both manual therapy and functional rehabilitation enables her to assist every client to return to their optimum. Erin has extensive background in treating clients with diverse injuries and abilities; among these are many Olympians, NFL Players, NHL Players, Golf Pros, competitive runners and amateur athletes. Along with Erin's ability to swiftly return athletes to competition, she has the equal ability to ensure clients can enjoy everyday physical activity.
Erin brings an innovative approach to Physical Therapy, Strength and Conditioning and Sports Enhancement which provide her the ability to adjust to all levels of fitness. This approach has produce results. 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing produced 24 medalist from Stanford Athletics along with countless National Champions. Education:
Erin earned her bachelors of Science degree from Lock Haven University in Athletic Training, Rehabilitation Medicine. Erin continued her education at Emory University earning both her Masters and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She also has specialized in both manual therapy from the North American Institute of Manual Therapy and sport performance and enhancement programs. Her main areas of research include: PRP injections, ACL rehabilitation and prevention, Biomechanical running analysis, and sports performance programs.
Tony Rosso M.A. HPER
Director, Sport Enhancement Specialist Tony has had extensive training and experience in strength and conditioning with elite athletes. Tony received his bachelors in health and recreation from Western State College and his Masters in Exercise Physiology from Adams State College. His educational background and his 12 years of experience in collegiate football gives him the tools to make the athletes bigger, faster, and stronger. His vast experience will not only allow the athlete to enhance his/her specific athletic performance but his keen eye for detail will assist him in making them a better all around athlete.
Physical Therapist
Lindsay Scott DPT, ATC
Lindsay attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and became a Certified Athletic Trainer. While at Wisconsin, she worked with many of the varsity athletic teams including football, men's hockey, women's soccer, and softball. After graduating, she worked as the Head Athletic Trainer at Alverno College in Milwaukee, WI. Lindsay continued her education at Boston University where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Lindsay enjoys working with an active and athletic population. She likes to spend her free time skiing, running, and hiking.
Massage Therapist
Denise Heil
Denise Heil is a Colorado registered Certified Massage Therapist. Her practice is out of Forever Fit Physical Therapy. She also administers Vo2 and Resting Metabolic Rate Testing there.
She graduated from Abilene Christian University in 1986 going on to work with the well-renowned Dr. Kenneth Copper, founder of the Aerobics Institute and the Institute for Aerobics Research, in Dallas, TX. Her background also includes ski instructing in the late 80s, owning an aerobics studio in Alaska, teaching a variety of exercise classes and starting a wellness program for several companies.
She furthered her studies at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 1991 and then owned her own massage practice in Cordova, Alaska. She then moved with her husband to Homer, Alaska, where they started their family of three children.
Eighteen months after her second child was born, she began working as a program director, group exercise coordinator and massage therapy coordinator at a newly built heath club in Homer. She worked there extensively, overseeing all the programs as well as training instructors.
In 2002, Denise began distributing customized nutritional products with Ideal Health a division of The Trump Network to round out her personal training practice and massage therapy practice.
In 2004, she and her family have relocated to sunny Steamboat Springs, CO from where she runs Custom Fit Health. Denise's passion is helping people better their health. Her favorite quote is "If you don't take the time to bring your body into balance through the many avenues of wellness...you will take the time to be out of balance" DH
